Who on here does regular exercise ? Myself I do a lot of walking and recently completed the couch to 5k running app.
This app takes you from a non runner to running half hour non stop in just 9 weeks. At 58 years old I feel a fantastic sence of achievment

I really would like to have more will power. I use a cross trainer and I use it for about a few months then it fizzles out. I wish I could have the energy and inclination to do more.
Hi Clare even using a cross trainer for a week or a few months, is better than nothing. When the motivation strikes do it and when it don't then hey ho.
I am a regular visitor of the gym and work with a personal trainer who understands my limitations as far as my stoma and other medical issues I have that might restrict certain things.
