Hey, how has everyone been sleeping? Have you had any difficulty sleeping or do you have any tips for getting a good nights sleep with a stoma?
There's a night bag stand called the Ugo Stand with Dignity which is good for overnight drainage (in link below). Keeps things more hygienic by stopping the bag tap touching the floor.
I can only speak about what I went though, but initially I was scared of laying on the stoma and damaging it. For a while, I slept with a travel pillow under stoma, so it acted like a cushion, but it never really helped and so it was disused.
I know it's not for everyone, but have you tried sleeping on your back?
