I was thinking of getting a health tracker watch to try and manage my health and fitness. Does anyone else use one? Do they work?
I've a Fitbit Versa and it definitely helps motivate me to move more. It sends weekly email reports to tell you how you did compared to the previous week and it prompts you throughout the day to try and get you to do 250 steps in every hour during working hours. Which is actually quite difficult if you're at a desk all day.
